A Five Year Partnership
Supporting Love Supreme Festival
U-Live, who manage a portfolio of festivals including Love Supreme Festival came to us in 2020 when they wanted to improve their connectivity and the quality of service they received from their incumbent suppliers.
Initially we supported them in the planning phase, managing the requirements and helping them appoint and manage an on-site provider.
By properly consolidating requirements, advising on capital investments and managing risks, we reduced downtime and issues across all shows in the portfolio and improved relations with key stakeholders.
From 2024 we took over the full delivery of network infrastructure all events in the portfolio.
Since then, we have provided IT, CCTV, networking, internet, VoIP and weather monitoring services, as well as an on-going consultancy arrangement that allows us to integrate directly into their planning team, co-ordinate with external partners and suppliers reducing their operational overhead and ensuring all requirements are correctly captured and managed.
At Love Supreme, we have worked with the festival to introduce high-density Public Wi-Fi across various areas of the site. Providing an enhanced guest experience, as well as data capture and sponsorship branding opportunities.
We have also proposed, costed and delivered permanent infrastructure investments on the Glynde Estates site, allowing for significant OpEx savings.

Delivering outdoor events at this scale is a complex piece of teamwork, spanning dozens of departments and contractors with challenging inter-dependencies.
Our goal is to be as hassle-free as possible for everyone on-site, we pride ourselves on developing great relationships with other teams, and more importantly trying to reduce our dependencies as much as possible.

Why is Wi-Fi critical to Outdoor Events?
Reliable internet and Wi-Fi at outdoor events isn’t just about taking payments. Network connectivity is embedded across almost every team and department at a modern event, from back of house operations, ticketing, accreditation and streaming, to safety critical control room logging, evictions and medical systems.
What Experience do you have?
We’ve worked in a lot of places, from international exhibition centres to greenfield festival sites, and on a lot of different projects, from field hospitals to music festivals. We thrive on this this wide range of experience, which gives us a unique perspective and allows us to continuously improve our methods of working.
Can’t I just buy a Starlink instead?
Yes. Starlinks are an invaluable tool for outdoor events, but they are not a silver bullet. The reliability and performance of Starlink can vary considerably depending on the location, time of day and amount of terminals in use in the same location. You can read more on our Blog post.
